SCENE Dry Events has the ability to provide services to cities throughout the United States, with many close relationships at several cities and main hubs with new vendors constantly being added. SCENE Dry Events can also complete certain jobs that can be sent through the mail for temporary branding and certain merchandising needs. Some temporary activation elements can be mailed and easily instructed for your own staff to complete/install. Currently, our main location is based in NEPA around the greater Scranton area and the Pocono Mountains. We offer full production pricing and also an a-la-carte system. It will be personalized for your specific needs, and total time. First step after a discovery meeting will likely be a walk-through of the event space where ideas and brainstorming can take place with the client, and measurements and pictures will be taken so branding and installments can move forward with proofs. When a budget is approved, a deposit of 50% will be due. The production fee is typically between 20-30% of the total. Payment will need to be made in full by the day of the event or at load in.
Yes, SCENE Dry Events can create customized decor to match the theme of your event. From floral arrangements to custom backdrops, we can bring your vision to life. We are also able to do the designing in-house and 3 revisions are free of extra cost. We can design anything from event materials, printing, and branded merchandise to be kept after the event (we have done linens, pull-up banners, custom light gobos, branded carpet, pillows, shirts/hats, vinyl on windows or glass, as well as step-and-repeats that can be kept up for months post-event).
